FM Cosmetics - Opportunity
Hey all! I am here with a work from home opportunity post today!
Now those that know me know I have tried a few companies, and if you have too don't let anyone tell you it's a bad thing, it's wrong or anything like that.
It's NOT wrong, and there is nothing wrong with it! It may purely just be down to you haven't found your perfect company yet! And that is fine! Once you find 'the one' you'll know, and it will be the greatest feeling ever!
Your positivity, happiness and ability to grow and progress in that company will become great! It won't feel like a bore of repetitive posting. It won't be stressful and that's all because, when you 'click' with a company, your way of selling and recruiting changes. You're no longer 'pushy' or 'desperate' just to get that sale, or that recruit because you NEED it to earn that month. It will be more like a natural, relaxed approach because you'll manage to get those sales and those recruits.
REMEMBER : People buy into YOU, not just the company you're with or the products you're retailing!
If you have great leadership skills, people will follow you and join you no matter what company it is because they believe in YOU, they trust YOU. They know you're going to succeed and during that, helping them succeed too! Although the company must feel right to them too, so if they don't follow it isn't anything personal to you, but it may be that the company doesn't suit them personally. So never get disheartened and always remember, people watch your posts and you progress!
If you can draw people into your selling posts, or people trust the products your retailing because again, they trust YOU, then this will also help immensely.
I personally like to get to know my products prior to retailing them, trialling and testing on my friends, family and myself gathering REAL reviews which I can use for references! Another reason for creating this blog, you get to see my REAL reviews, on not just this opportunities products but on anything I try out!! :)
So enough of rambling on, let's get more to the point!
The beginning of May I was ready to give up with network marketing after being a part of a 'corrupt' company that had caused me many problems over a short 6 month period. Those who know me, knows this caused me severe depression amongst other emotions/feelings, and financial difficulties!
Many people gave me strong words of encouragement and since this, I have opened up via Facebook and now via this blog on how my life has changed and turned up and down through network marketing and where I am from it all now.
One of my best friends came to me with an opportunity with FM. She told me how it would be great for me from my love and passion for cosmetics, alongside my hair and beauty business aswell as the fact it was completley FREE to join, so if it didn't work out at least I could say I had tried, right? I mean if other companies hadn't worked out surely this wouldn't either, right? WRONG!! Very very wrong!
I jumped on board to give network marketing one last go before returning back to full time work, missing out on precious moments with boys! And the routine of home life amongst other things.
Friday 5th May 2017 was the day my life changed, for the better!
Now, here's why...
Within my first day I had already placed my FIRST order! That order was for over £70. This was the first time I had ever joined a company and managed to make sales STRAIGHT AWAY! I always thought it was practically impossible, well the impossible happened.
I booked myself in for a 10 Simple Steps training with Team Dynamics leader. I was so so nervous! But when my first session came it was incredible, Linda is such a lovely lady who I have since grown a great friendship with!
Within my training session I learnt a great deal more about the company I hadn't been too sure on when I first joined. I found that...
- FM is free to join, always has and always will be.
- FM originates from Poland, and is known globally.
- During 2017, all UK residents who sign up can upgrade to 'Business Partner' instead of just preferred customer, completely FREE! Growing a team without a need to purchase a kit. (However the lowest price kit is ONLY £11.50)
- You earn up to 30% instantly on everything you sell. If you take payments from customers, you keep your profits from the order. This is one way of earning.
(You buy at distributor price and retail at RRP, or offer discounts)
- Each product has a points system, and points allow you to level up through 3%-21%
- You can earn off your WHOLE downline, no matter how many levels down! Your whole downlines points add to your personal points too, allowing you to level up through 3%, 6%, 9%, 12%, 15%, 18%, 21% and even further!
- Your bonus commission is calculated on the points earnt in that particular month. (See photo below)
- There's lots of incentives in which you can earn cash bonuses ranging from £500-£1000+, laptops, cars and even in-team incentives also!
After hearing more about the opportunity I decided I had to make a huge decision on my future. I originally hadn't planned on it going so well or being so rewarding so had decided not to grow a team. I had also been offered an opportunity in another company currently in pre launch which had a large initial outlay and had told myself that was what I wanted to build and that would be the business best for me as I would be one of the first in the company, and since have now seen FM with huge potential and decided to build a team and focus solely on FM.
Within 8 days I had recruited 7 ladies to my team, I now have 15 and still growing.
Within my first 11 days I hit my first promotion, 3% and 7 days later hit my second promotion, 6%.
This month I hit my 3% promotion on the first day of the month, and my 6% on day 6! We still have the rest of the month to go!
This came as a huge shock, as no other company I have been in has worked so well and genuinely given me earning. Instead, other companies cost me out of my own pocket. I am sure many people can relate to this.
And it's not just me doing well, my whole team are doing amazing! I am so so proud of them. They're hitting promotions, recruiting and being incredible! #DiamondDollies shoutout! <3 I pride myself in being a leader. I support and motivate, and make sure no-one gets left behind. If you want to aim for a goal, I will help you reach that goal. I am prepared to do group training, one to one training and will always help my team every step of the way!
I am so utterly pleased I decided to take this opportunity! And there's still so much more to come! This has been life changing, not hugely financially, yet, as I have only just started, that will come with progress and growth! But my emotional state has improved significantly!
